I believe this piece is from Brazil. It has some super sparkly specular hematite around the tip of the point and some super defined phantoms (you can see at least two clearly). I can also feel the enhydro energy and though I haven't seen any visible bubble, you can just feel the trapped ancient water inside of this piece. The combination of hematite and smokey quartz is one of my favorites for grounding and protection that isn't as "heavy" as black tourmaline. Phantom quartz tend to  emphasize growth cycles and honoring your own journey and the former versions of yourself, especially the inner child.
 
This piece is from my personal collection but it's time for it's medicine to move on to someone else.
